Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction and Menu Knowledge:

  • Greet and interact with guests warmly and professionally.
  • Showcase an in-depth knowledge of our food and beverage menu, guiding guests with recommendations and answering inquiries.
  • Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen.

Service Excellence:

  • Provide elevated service in accordance with our PARLOUR Steps of Service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth operations.

Table Maintenance and Cleanliness:

  • Set up and maintain tables for a clean and inviting dining environment.
  • Monitor and replenish table supplies as needed.
  • Contribute to overall cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.

Handling Carry-Out Orders:

  • Efficiently manage and process carry-out orders when there is not a host/hostess on duty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely carry-out order fulfillment.

Promotions and Events:

  • Stay informed about ongoing store promotions and events.
  • Communicate and promote special offers to guests, enhancing their overall experience.

Payment Processing:

  • Handle payment transactions accurately and securely.
  • Provide change and receipts as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a server is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Comfortable moving swiftly in a dynamic restaurant setting.
