We are looking for a Full-Time IT Help Desk Technician to join our IT team! This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology who’s eager to kick-start their career in IT. We’re looking for someone who’s personable, proactive, and comfortable picking up the phone to assist team members. Advanced IT experience isn’t required, but a solid foundation in problem-solving is key for this role. We'll provide full training on our systems and processes.
This position will require 25% of traveling between south bay clinics as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Monitoring ticket queue and serving as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or in person
- Promptly and professionally resolving workstation, printer, phone and other computer-related support calls for software, hardware or connectivity at company sites throughout the area
- Performing remote or in person troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Following-up and updating employee ticket status and information
- Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by employees
- Walking the employees through the problem-solving process
- Directing unresolved issues to the next level of IT support personnel
- Other duties as assigned
