Description

The Risk and Pricing Analyst I is responsible for compiling and tracking documentation regarding new deals, fraud, and cashflow models.  The Risk and Pricing Analyst I will work with and report to senior management to build portfolios and ensure bookings to make sure we are in line with credit policy. 

 

What you will do:

•    Observe daily cash flows to ensure that the company is maintaining revenue on loans
•    Create monthly cashflow percentage reports to ensure the company is not taking too much risk
•    Actively monitor, investigate, and respond to claims of fraud
•    Ensure that all policies and processes meet local legislation / regulation and market specific requirements
•    Support all aspects of credit risk monitoring, including tracking actual performance at the portfolio and vintage level by
•    Risk level (e.g. Credit Grade) and Channel (e.g. ISO / Direct Sales)
•    Internal benchmarks (Budget, current forecast and prior years)
•    Support all aspects of Pricing for all products, segments, and partners and recommend changes when necessary
•    Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with loss forecasts, loan loss reserve, and pricing
•    Other tasks and duties, as required by management

 

What we’re looking for:

•    Bachelor’s in Business, or quantitative major (e.g. data engineering, finance, etc.)  preferred
•    3+ years in financial, risk, or a similar field
•    1+ years in administrative tasks
•    Experience creating and presenting strategic business recommendations to senior level management

Additional Required Skills:

•    Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
•    Ability to analyze, present, and put together data
•    Ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the box solutions, manage uncertainty, and anticipate the impact of decisions / initiatives
•    Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
•    Strong sense of accountability
