What You Bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in an automotive service department.
- Exceptional customer service and customer relationship building skills.
- Proven follow-up and organizational skills.
- The ability to read, analyze and interpret written information and instructions.
- Good business acumen.
- Tire knowledge is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Being dependable and reliable for the position
Being on your feet most of the workday (standing, walking, bending, coordinating parts, etc.)
Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.
Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment

Pay: $75,000 to $100,000 per year plus other income incentives
