The Role

As a Marketing Associate at our growing Dallas firm, you'll drive critical marketing initiatives that directly impact business growth and client engagement. Working within our dynamic team, you'll manage multiple projects, create compelling digital content, and leverage data from our CRM system to optimize marketing performance. This role offers hands-on experience across the marketing spectrum while developing valuable project management skills in a collaborative professional environment.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage marketing initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Event Execution: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop and distribute urgent thought leadership content, including blog posts, articles, and whitepapers, to position the company as an industry leader.
  • CRM Maintenance: Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information and tracking marketing campaign performance.

Qualifications

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-office presence at our Dallas location up to four days per week
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
