Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Minimum Required Experience: Three or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

Travel outside of office: Required to travel and transport career fair displays and marketing materials to community events a career fairs and networking events
Required Valid Driver’s License: Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
Required Auto Insurance: automobile insurance with minimum limits of $50,000/$100,000 bodily injury and $10,000 property damage.

Physical Requirements: Ability to on occasion push/pull/lift/move objects weighing 20 pounds at fairs/events. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Be able to stand for long periods of time during job fairs
Visual Acuity: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal.
