Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensure and Credentials: (Where appropriate, education and/or experience may be substituted)
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum Required Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in related field including experience leading and developing staff members performing jobs of varying responsibility. Lean, six-sigma, PMP or related experience desired.
Knowledge – Skills – Abilities:
- Ability to effectively lead a remote team of diverse individuals in maintaining compliance and improving processes related to quality.
- Knowledge of self-direction or similar programs is preferred.
- Familiarity with concepts such as trauma-informed care, neurodiversity, and cultural competence preferred.
- Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to internal and external changes to policy, procedure, and standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of and ability to proficiently use work-related equipment and applications such as laptops, HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to learn new software, as well as train other staff on those programs as needed.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with an emphasis on prioritization.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) as well as agency and departmental procedures and guidelines.
Physical Requirements, Visual Acuity, and Work Conditions:
Physical Requirements: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling.
Talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Hearing, perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction
Visual Acuity: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal.
