Required Technical Skills, Experience, Education, and Credentials:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in brand management, market research, digital marketing, and public relations.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and communication strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and drive results.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- The position is a hybrid role. Time in office and remote work activity will be determined per the role’s supervisor.
- It is preferred that the employee live in the Milwaukee area.
- Daily tasks are completed in an office setting with frequent interruptions and the need to reprioritize work multiple times throughout the day.
- Travel is required to work with CFI satellite sites in Milwaukee County and surrounding areas as needed.
- Job tasks may require sitting for long periods of time.
