8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within tech and/or consumer goods industries, ideally with remote workforce experience.Â
Exceptional ability to build trust, credibility, and collaborative relationships at all organizational levels.Â
Deep expertise in performance management, employee relations, organizational design, talent development, and change management.Â
Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive people strategies aligned with business goals.Â
Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable plans.Â
Demonstrated experience managing sensitive employee relations matters with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment.Â
Comfortable operating autonomously within fast-paced, dynamic, and occasionally ambiguous environments.Â
Expert knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.Â
Superior communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Â
Preferred QualificationsÂ
Experience with HR technology platforms including Paycom, Lattice, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Slack.Â
Proven project management skills.Â
Previous experience in both large corporate and high-growth startup environments.
EducationÂ
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
