Description

Assist in scheduling and shift changes, vacation requests and training of new agents.

Assist in training and monitoring temp agents assigned during busy events, shifts extra coverage.

Verifying patrols logs, reports and check points logged on shifts.

Maintain complete awareness of scheduled group activities, hotel facilities and services, hours of operation, facility layout, fire and emergency plans and departmental rules of conduct.

Treat, assist, process and communicate Employee injuries on a timely manner as required by Workers Compensation Policies.

Assist in translating hotel policies and procedures (particularly explaining in detail day to day).

Comply with state regulations and hotel guidelines for handling intoxicated guests.

Monitor surveillance cameras and assist with CCTV review as needed.

Review department log records and be familiar with pertinent information relevant to all daily shifts. Review the hotel status and follow up actions with the all shift Agents.

Issue keys and equipment to designated hotel personnel.  Maintain accurate records and ensure the safekeeping of such in accordance to hotel procedures.

Ensure all non-hotel and hotel personnel arriving at employee entrance are properly documented while on property according to hotel policy.

Responsible for supervising all incidents, documentation and providing a follow up to GR Director/Manager.

Assist on the investigation of any and all inconsistencies, claims, theft, missing items of guests and colleagues.

Uphold proper procedures for any emergency incidents that occur in the hotel. Including Hurricane, flood and power outages.

Assist in training of proper etiquette as related to entering and leaving hotel guest rooms & property

Work and cooperate with outside agencies (i.e., police, fire department, and emergency services) and follow established hotel regulations.

Maintain and follow up lost and found procedures regarding guest and colleague properties.

Coordinate emergency situations as specified in the departmental manual.

Must be able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Work in variable weather conditions
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
