- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, a behavioral science field, or commensurate work experience required.
- Two years of advocacy, case management, and/or counseling program administration experience.
- One year of experience in the supervision of staff.
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
- Knowledge of domestic violence.
- Budgeting and contract management experience required.
- Complete the 40-hour Domestic Violence Advocate certification training post-hire.
