- Extensive understanding of geriatrics and implications of aging, community resources for the elderly, psycho-social implications of assisted living environments and case management required.
- Two years or more experience in residential leasing.
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Aline CRM (Sherpa) or similar and OneSite.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and ability to manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly professional and dependable.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule as required.
As needed, they may need to work occasional nights and/or weekends.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience acceptable.
- 2 years' experience in Assisted Living leasing.
