Description

Job Summary:

  This position is essential to the success of our membership team, responsible for the timely processing of member donations and ensuring the accuracy of our database. Additionally, this role involves providing high-quality customer service to our members, contributing to the cultivation and maintenance of strong, positive relationships with our valued supporters.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update member donations and contact details into membership database.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and accuracy of the database by identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Respond to membership-related inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the membership team to support data reporting and analysis for fundraising campaigns.
  • Supports all on air campaigns, special fundraising projects and initiatives
  • Work as admin during pledge drives
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

  • Non-profit experience recommended
  • Membership database experience recommended. Raiser’s Edge experience a plus
  • Ability to work well with people and maintain professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must have a courteous, professional manner and appearance.
  • Must be organized.
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes some evenings, early mornings and weekends.

Education:

  • Two-year degree in associated field or equivalent in training and experience in the industry; or four years’ experience in a related field. 

Experience:

  • Must have a general understanding of Public Broadcasting
  • Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Data Entry Experience
