Position Overview
Empire Kids is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Daytime Customer Experience Representative to join our team. This role supports the daily operations of the Customer Experience department by handling administrative tasks, managing inventory, and ensuring our facility is prepared for evening classes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls, provide information, and address customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Enrollment Preparation: Prepare new enrollment folders daily to ensure smooth onboarding for new families.
- Supply Management: Maintain and order supplies needed for daily operations, ensuring inventory is up-to-date.
- Pro Shop Organization: Restock and organize merchandise in the Pro Shop to ensure a clean and welcoming shopping experience.
- System Oversight: Manage and update the iClass Pro CRM system, ensuring accurate records for students, classes, and schedules.
