NorthCare is actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our outpatient treatment team. Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, fostering a welcoming and engaging clinical culture within our Outpatient Services Department.
  • Provide supervision and clinical leadership to assigned program staff, ensuring adherence to policies and compliance with credentialing requirements.
  • Oversee comprehensive training programs to equip staff with skills for integrated, person-centered treatment plans.
  • Maintain ongoing quality management of documentation, ensuring compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver clinical services including intakes, treatment plans, crisis counseling, therapy, and care coordination.

Qualifications

  • Licensed in Oklahoma within a mental health discipline preferred, with at least 2 years of experience in the human services field.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and general computer skills; ability to maintain clinical records and adhere to documentation requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Access to reliable transportation and willingness to engage in local travel as needed.
  • Must meet all NorthCare required training, maintain TB test, automobile liability insurance, and comply with COVID-19 vaccination guidelines.
