The Financial Advisor II will focus on the following key areas:

Client Relationship Management: Serve as a co-advisor or lead advisor for existing clients, adhering to the responsibilities outlined in the Savant Advisory Career Path. Own and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term trust.

Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure the profitable delivery of service models as defined in the Savant Service and Segmentation Guidelines, while consistently upholding Savant's Core Values.

Onboarding and Strategic Engagement: Lead and participate in critical client interactions, including "The Discovery Interview," "My Ideal Future" discussions, and other onboarding processes that establish a foundation for success.

Collaboration with SMEs: Act as a key liaison between clients and other internal subject matter experts to ensure seamless communication and execution of strategies.

Business Development: Contribute to new client relationship development by participating in prospecting efforts, strategic planning meetings, and follow-up workflows for onboarding new clients.

Network Building: Develop and leverage a strong network of referral sources and centers of influence
