YOUR MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree and direct work experience in event planning, execution, and management.
- 4+ years of successful project management experience for events.
- 3+ years of experience in Public Administration, Community Engagement, Social Services, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience using electronic project management and budgeting tools.
- 2+ years of direct onsite personnel management, including scheduling, training, operations, and coaching.
- Valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and ability to attend onsite events during the day, evenings, or weekends.
- Reliable and consistent internet access.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, especially during campaign peaks.
- Strong event planning, timeline management, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in overseeing diverse events and outreach programs.
- Advanced budget management skills, particularly for brand ambassador programs.
- Proficiency in Excel and project budgeting/workbook software.
- Skilled in team collaboration, developing training materials, and tracking KPIs.
- Expertise in event logistics, promotion, and cost management.
- Effective leader and crisis manager with adaptability to real-time challenges.
- Culturally aware and inclusive event planning.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a skilled problem solver.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

- Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000, Salary range for this position is commensurate with experience.
