GENERAL PURPOSE: Registered Nurse
The employee, overseen by the Chief Clinical Services Officer, will play an essential role in providing training mandated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) as well as other mandated training. The employee will also provide mandated training relating to insurance companies, Medicare, Medi-Cal, and other entities. The employee will participate in updating safety plans on an annual basis
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Registered Nurse
- Works with Chief Clinical Services Officer to ensure education is aligned with OSHA Standards and other mandated education through other regulators.

COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS: Registered Nurse
- Must have neat and legible handwriting

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Registered Nurse
- 2 years of experience in safety and/or educational training
- Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements
- Use of Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google Docs required
- Strong oral and written communications
- Valid California RN Registered Nurse License by the Board of Registered Nurse required
- Current CPR certification required
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and cordial working relationships with corporation’s employees, potential patients, public and private services organizations, community residents
- Valid California driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Reliable method to and work with people of all ages, social, cultural and ethnic background
- Demonstrates good judgment in the positive representation of Ampla Health
- Demonstrate clear knowledge of Ampla Health’s clinic structure, standards, procedures and protocols
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT: Registered Nurse
Works well with patients in a generally comfortable environment office. Employees must possess the following physical requirements:
- Must be in good health and able to lift up to 60 lbs. and push up to 100 lbs. (on wheels)
- Must be able to hear staff on the telephone and those who are served in person, and speak clearly in order to communicate information to clients and staff
- Must be able to read memos, forms, and other pertinent written materials
Ability to operate standard office equipment such as a computer, telephone, fax machine, copier, etc.
