Candidates must have a PhD in Communication, Media Studies, or a closely related field before the start of the position. Successful candidates will have a record of excellence in undergraduate teaching, advising, and mentoring and an active scholarly agenda that ideally includes student collaborations and community engagement.

Cover letter, including examples of ways you have shown a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the areas of teaching, scholarship, and service (on campus or in the community) or would like to in the future.

Teaching portfolio, including a 1-page statement of teaching philosophy, summary of quantitative and qualitative student feedback, and a statement on the ways in which you address that feedback in your teaching. Please submit the teaching portfolio as a single document.
