Minimum Education/Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of hospital-based nursing experience required.
- License in the State of Ohio as a registered nurse required.
- Management experience preferred.
- Analytical experience with knowledge of financial and accounting concepts preferred.
Special Knowledge, Skills, Training:
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software programs.
- Strong communications skills, interpersonal, organizational, and facilitation skills, including the ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts and build teams.
- Possess both oral and written including the ability to give presentations to physicians, clinicians, and administrators.
- Demonstrated problem-resolution skills. Understands inter-working of supply chain activities.
- Attention to detail and follow-through. Analytical and quantitative skills including data gathering, organization, assessment, reporting, and presentation.
- Independent and self-motivated, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Promotes teamwork and creates winning solutions and builds relationships.
Compensation Details: Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
