Minimum Education/Experience Required:
- BLS required upon hire.
- Current Licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree in nursing or relevant field or currently pursuing is required.
- High School Diploma/GED in lieu of degree required.
- Clinical education experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Maintains compliance in RQI required.
Special Knowledge, Skills, Training:
- Verbal and written communication skills, especially ability to provide critical feedback; Computer literacy – working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to use office equipment such as copiers, scanners, printers.
Compensation Details: Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
