Minimum Education/Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field required.
- Minimum three years of experience in financial analysis required.
- Experience in hospital setting preferred.
- Experience with capital budgeting and project management preferred.
Special Knowledge, Skills, Training:
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare financial management, capital planning, and regulatory requirements.
Compensation Details: Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
