Minimum Education/Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Information Systems, appropriately related field, or 6+ years of relevant experience required
- Prior experience in onboarding employees and technical support preferred.
- PHR or SPHR preferred.
Special Knowledge, Skills, Training:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and report writing skills required.
- Project Management training a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals, to influence others to perform their jobs effectively and to be responsible for making decisions, and to find solutions for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.
Compensation Details: Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
