Description

A Warehouse Level 3 Associate is the first point of contact when other departments need assistance and are responsible for the accurate and efficient data entry of all transactions in the Navision ERP system (“NAV”) for an assigned area or department. Including but not limited to movements of materials, both physically and systematically, staging, and supplying materials for production teams, and transactional accuracy of consumption and outputs of materials. This position is also responsible for maintaining a high level of safety and quality when executing all tasks at our distrubution center located at 90 Stemmers Lane, Westampton, NJ 08060. 

What will you be doing: 

  • Ability to consistently execute tasks according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) for the production center as trained.
  • Ability to perform basic food safety practices in the production center with a high degree of attention to detail and internal customer service.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory balances by executing proper storage, First Expired First Out (“FEFO”), movement, consumption, output, and counting processes.
  • Responsible for ensuring that physical inventory counts are aligned with the NAV ERP system in the assigned area.
  • Responsible for investigating and correcting inventory discrepancies in the assigned area.
  • Ability to demonstrate accurate and safe use of basic warehouse equipment including but not limited to palletizer, tape machine, and pallet jack.
  • Must perform all duties safely at all times and immediately report any unsafe or hazardous conditions immediately to a supervisor, manager or Human Resources.  
  • Ability to assist as a backup to Warehouse Level 1 and 2 if needed. 
  • Ability to assist as a backup to the Inventory Level 1 position if needed.

  • Must uphold and follow workplace safety, food safety, and production quality standards
  • Ability to work in high stress/fast-paced environment with multiple change-over’s
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (-9º-42º Fahrenheit) for 8 or more hours and in some instances, in a dark environment. This includes executing assigned tasks in the freezer as needed.
  • Must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts and overtime as required; even on short notice
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in group settings, be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
