Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering/Physics or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience required.
- Strong experimental and laboratory skills.
- Experience working with single mode optical fiber, fiber optic components and optical measurement techniques.
- Skilled in developing automated test procedures (i.e. GUIs) for laboratory testing using LabWindows CVI.
- Skilled in OrCAD schematic capture tool.
- Skilled in computer-based data analysis tools.
- Skilled in circuit simulation tools like LTSpice
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative, who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions.
- Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail.
