JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for overseeing Incoming and Outgoing Wires and Incoming and Outgoing ACH files, Ordering Currency for all locations as well as backing up Collections and BSA Risk reviews.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Process wires as received on Xperience and TIB
- Process ACH files as received from customers and TIB
- Order Currency for Branch locations from TIB.
- Order Foreign Currency for customers as needed
- Back up Collections as needed.
- Must be able to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Effectively work and cooperate with supervisors, co-workers and customers
- Follow the directions of supervisor
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bookkeeping/clerical experience (including filing, letter writing, etc.)
- 10-Key
- Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Dependable, trustworthy and willing to work as a member of a team while producing thorough and accurate work.
- Customer service experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and oral instruction
- Ability to use 10-key adding machine by touch.
- Strong proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word and Excel, AS400, Windows XP.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills; able to work well with a wide range of people including all levels of management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This work is primarily sedentary and requires the following physical activities:
- Sitting for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
- Frequent lifting (up to 10 pounds of paper supplies or minor office equipment).
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Normal office environment.
