Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Relevant certifications in fundraising or nonprofit management are a plus.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in fundraising or campaign management, with a focus on individual donor/stakeholder engagement.
- Proven success in managing donor relationships and developing tailored outreach strategies.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present strategies and engage donors.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in fundraising software and CRM systems. Experience with data analysis tools is preferred.
Compensation: $80,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
