The Project Manager Assistant (PMA) provides support to the Land Development project management team for development projects from, and including feasibility studies, through final property disposition and HOA turnover for Holt Homes. The PMA will regularly interact with Holt project managers and other associates, primary engineers, and other consultants to support the analysis, entitlement, and development of land. Such support is integral to the Land Development Team’s focus on scheduling and budgetary control.

Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, land development or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in Land Development, Real Estate, a Title Company, or a related field
- Possess working knowledge of the land development process
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn Smartsheet and other resource planning and budgeting programs
- Reliable vehicle to travel amongst different sites under development
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Independent self-starter and strong team member
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance to Holt standards

Responsibilities
- Provide various Land Development support functions, such as reviewing and coding invoices, coordinating authorized signatures for documents, processing and delivering applications, agreements, bonds, etc.
- Coordinate and schedule all departmental and interdepartmental meetings
- At the direction of project managers, prepare and process all land development contracts, including Pre-execution checklist, MSA, PSA, SFPSA, PO and change orders. The same includes securing all trade partner contract information (W-9, certificates of insurance, business licensing, etc.)
- At the direction of project managers, process and secure all bonds, including tracking and filing to Smartsheet, coordination with bonding company, and monthly review and Project Manager noticing related to bond disposition status
- For job cost reviews (JCR), download monthly JCR’s from accounting and distribute to respective project managers, route approved JCR’s for signature and file to job file and Smartsheet
- Serve as lead in Smartsheet updating, maintenance and management of reporting
- Serve as lead in Land Development data room development, maintenance and updating
- Coordinate and secure addressing for final plats, including distribution to other Holt teams
Work Environment
- Regularly uses a computer with repeated movements to enter data, differentiate between colors, shades and brightness, and read from a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Periodically traverses rough terrain when visiting job sites to inspect developments with an estimated 10% travel to local sites
- Potential hybrid work schedule after mandatory in-office training, decided by manager
