Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Engage with job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to find outstanding candidates. 
  • Review resumes and conduct initial interviews, ensuring candidates match both role requirements and our company culture. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to organize smooth and efficient interview processes. 
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate information using our applicant tracking system (ATS). 
  • Work closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions that attract high-quality talent. 
  • Analyze hiring data to consistently refine and improve our recruiting strategies. 
  • Represent our company at job fairs and outreach events to strengthen our employer brand. 
  • Support HR initiatives to shape recruitment strategies and enhance the employee experience. 

Qualifications/Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in the aviation/airline industry or recruiting roles.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with professional pilot career paths and the aviation hiring lifecycle.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment and coordinating career fairs.
