EPM is growing, and we are seeking a Broker Success Analyst (BSA) to join our team. As a BSA, you’ll be the primary point of contact for Account Executives (AEs), brokers, and internal teams, playing a critical role in keeping pipeline files on track through underwriting. You’ll ensure compliance, prioritize file movement, and maintain clear and proactive communication to create a seamless experience for our broker partners. If this sounds like you, apply today! 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for AEs, brokers, and internal teams, delivering updates and guidance throughout the file lifecycle. 

  • Monitor and manage the stacking order of files in the pipeline, ensuring documentation is submitted in a timely and organized fashion. 

  • Review files daily, track and communicate outstanding conditions, and collaborate with stakeholders for timely resolution. 

  • Proactively escalate issues such as credit discrepancies, documentation gaps, or rate lock expirations to avoid delays. 

  • Clear internal BSA conditions prior to underwriting and ensure files meet all company and regulatory guidelines. 

  • Submit files for underwriting only when documentation is complete and compliant. 

  • Maintain up-to-date records and notes in the company’s LOS (e.g., Encompass) to ensure transparency and traceability. 

  • Participate in team meetings, report pipeline concerns, and assist with urgent or same-day submissions when needed. 

  • Ensure all processes are compliant with RESPA, TRID, and company policies. 

  • Additional responsibilities related to business needs. 

 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred. 

  • 1+ years of mortgage industry experience preferred, preferably within wholesale operations. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. 

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Working knowledge of lending guidelines and a thorough understanding of the loan process. 

  • Technologically savvy and comfortable learning new computer systems and programs.
