LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE- GAN KAVOD

Licensed Practical Nurse- Gan Kavod

Shift:  Days/Evenings 

Rate of Pay: $28.00-$32.00, commensurate with experience. 

Full-time sign on bonus: $2,500.00

Assist with scheduling and attend medical appointments as needed.

Will assist with 2 check process of MARS and Physician's Orders (will rotate through shifts).

Assist in completing Monthly Nursing Notes by the 10th of each month (RN to sign off as reviewer).

Medication/refill orders (as directed by RN).

Assist with medical supply orders as needed.

Hospital visits.

Float between your assigned residences to address medical needs (i.e. dressing changes, Foley changes and/or flushes, straight caths, etc.).

Training of staff as directed by RNs.

Provide direct care support to programs as needed (i.e., passing medications, feeding, showers ect.).

Requirements:

Licensed medical (nursing) background with direct supervision of staff may be substituted for associate degree with two years of experience with ID/DD or geriatrics

Certification in OPWDD Medication Administration required
