A Childcare Provider is responsible for providing a safe, healthy, consistent, positive, caring environment to children in your care, and develop parental rapport. The ideal candidate must be professional, patient, dependable, energetic, loving and possess the ability to communicate on each child's level and have a passion for child care and making a difference in the lives of children.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developmentally appropriate and play-based child interaction
- Meet the emotional, social, physical and cognitive needs of each child
- Prepare meals and follow dietary restrictions
- Maintain daily open communication with parents
- Keep clear and correct reports and records regarding accidents, medication, and daily parent reports
- Ensuring that a warm, high-quality learning environment is maintained
- Maintain confidentiality
- Report any suspected abuse to supervisor
- Ensuring that a warm, high-quality learning environment is maintained.
- Maintain a positive, safe and healthy environment
- Attend all staff meetings at The Ranch at Rock Creek
- Meet all applicable licensing/registration regulations
- Be a positive influence in the lives of children and their parents
