Job Description and Overview
This role is a full-time on-site, salaried position. The Studio Manager reports to the Director of Operations and will represent the Midtown Yoga brand and culture. Responsibilities listed below are intended to be an overview and are not all-inclusive. This position may require additional duties.
- Operations/Logistics: Ensure delivery of the Midtown Yoga experience through presence in the studio and oversight of day-to-day studio operations, including execution of class schedule and upkeep of studio space.
- Customer Service/Sales: Develop and manage relationships with customer base, including serving students in-studio and performing administrative duties such as responding to emails and phone inquiries.
- Sales/Revenue: Work together with the Director of Operations to set goals and create actionable steps to meet membership, attendance, and overall revenue expectations.
- Staffing: Hire and manage part-time team members, including yoga instructors and studio support team members, and ensure that all team members deliver an experience that meets brand standards.
- Outreach/Marketing/Events: Generate leads and broaden community through establishing new relationships and coordinating events.
