Project Managers are responsible for oversight and management of the entire project delivery process and coordination with other discipline(s) internal or external to BL Companies.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing client relationships
  • Determining and guiding overall project direction
  • Driving and overseeing all technical and design aspects of project
  • Managing resources and productivity
  • Determining, enforcing and meeting deadlines
  • Maintaining project quality and design standards for basic to moderately complex projects that are primarily within a single discipline
  • Building strong client relationship and presenting at public meetings are essential to this position

 

Required Experience:

  • PE License
  • 10+ years’ experience in Land Development
  • Supervision of full-time staff
  • Retail, commercial and residential land development experience.
  • Client and government agency interactions and excellent written and oral communication skills
