Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience In:
- >3 years’ experience with wide format digital print operations
Knowledge
- Must possess strong problem solving/decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of printing substrates and characteristics
- Strong multi-tasker capable of handling tight deadlines and high volume
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, professional and organized
- High mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of materials and equipment utilized for printing, binding and finishing.
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of wide format technology
- Advanced wide format problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and fractions and converting fractions to decimals and converting decimals to fractions)
- Able to use basic hand tools and light power equipment
- Basic MS Office skills
- Computer literate

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time as required.
- Must have visual acuity necessary to read material composed on video display terminals.
- Must have the ability to move from place to place within the building.
- Must be able to complete repetitive motion of hands and arms to input/retrieve information from computer.
- Must be able to bend/reach to get materials from floor, high and low shelves.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.

Due the nature of print and print customer needs, problem solving and decision making during the production process is necessary on a regular basis.
