Information Technology

The Information Technology Department supports the technology services of Notre Dame to ensure innovative, reliable, secure and cost-effective technology services.

Responsibilities:

• The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for server administration, data repository, maintenance of hardware, software and all related IT infrastructure
• This position is also responsible for ensuring the consistent function and security of the computer systems, while promptly diagnosing and resolving performance and stability issues

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Eight years of system network, infrastructure and administration experience
• Three years of experience addressing and resolving tier 2 and 3 level helpdesk tickets
• MCSA, CCNA, as well as database and data backup familiarity
• Windows Server 2016 and 2019
• Windows 10 and 11 workstations, tablets, laptops and desktops
• Ability to work well with other employees and independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft and Cisco certification(s), or working towards one
• Experience with Google Classroom, Zoom, Adobe Creative Cloud and Power School
