Advancing Notre Dame

Notre Dame High School is the oldest private high school for young women in the Western United States.  Through decades, the school has responded to the times and has been a leader in women’s education.  Today, the school has a vision to be recognized as the center for women’s leadership advancing community partnerships that support career exploration, interfaith understanding and advocacy for transformative philanthropy.

 

Responsibilities:

Fundraising and Stewardship

  • Identifies, cultivates, solicits and stewards donors and prospects, with a primary focus on parents of students and parents of alums
  • Develop a pipeline of prospects to drive toward a variety of opportunities, including event sponsorships, corporate partnerships, major gifts prospects, volunteerism and leadership positions
  • Manages the ND Parent Fund pledge program from enrollment through senior year to ensure annual revenue targets are met

Family Engagement

  • Serve as liaison to Notre Dame Parent Association and parent resource groups, developing strategy to grow family engagement in these efforts
  • Assist with coordination and implementation of events involving parents, including fundraisers and admissions events

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Donor database knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as comfortable using other office applications such as Google apps and donor software
  • 2 years Development and experience including fundraising or related experience with successful record of solicitation
