Description

Maintain the safety and security of our guests and employees at all times

Periodically monitor parking lots and building surroundings

Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures

Calls police or fire department in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons

Warns people on premises of infractions and evicts violators from premises

Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, restraining trespassers

Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls

Circulates among employees and customers to preserve order and protect property

Monitors entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and customers to guard against theft and maintain the security of bank premises

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Basic computer skills needed
  • Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal and written communication
  • Required to stay current with all training and/or applicable certifications
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Ability to identify needs and resolve issues in a timely manner
