This position requires a high school diploma or GED with at least five years of experience working with people with IDD and lived experience as a family member of a person with IDD. The ideal candidate will be familiar with local and state resources and how to access them, as well as experience with state systems such as DSS and DDA. A bachelor’s degree in social work, education, or a related field is preferred. This position also requires a valid Maryland driver’s license with no egregious violations.
