Holy Names Academy is an all-girls Catholic high school founded in 1880 by the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary. The school offers excellent academic, arts, athletic, spiritual, and leadership programs that promote the development of the whole person in an environment of inclusion, collaboration, and community. Holy Names Academy is located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. HNA sports teams practice at various sites around the city.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrated knowledge, dedication, experience, and ability to teach track and field skills and conditioning programs.
- Supervision and instruction of track and field athletes during all team activities.
- Effective communication with student athletes and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively with established skill coaches in the HNA track and field program.
- Take direction from the Program Head and Athletic Director as needed.
- Seeking continuing education opportunities in your sport (clinics, attending college practices, working camps, etc.).
- Maintain compliance with all Holy Names Academy, Metro League, and Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) rules and regulations.
