Description

Stotz Equipment is a John Deere dealer with 24 locations in 8 western states.  We are currently looking for a person who will act as the store receptionist as well as have some administrative and department duties. As a receptionist, you would be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization.  If you're the kind of person who strives to do great work, excels in creative environments, thrives while working in a team, lives for problem-solving is friendly, professional, and genuine this is the place for you. What you'll do

  • Greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing guests and/or customers appropriately whether in person or telephone
  • Answer, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Perform other clerical receptionist miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Handle multiple projects
  • Knowledge of computers and basic programs
  • Accounts receivable and/or Accounts payable experience a plus.

  • Able to work a varying work schedule/shift and be flexible
  • Multi-tasking effectively is a must as well as the ability to organize and work under pressure
  • Computer skills
  • Time management skills
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen 
  • Hours are Monday through Friday with possible Saturday hours of 8 AM to 12 Noon.

  • Hearing ability sufficient to communicate with others in person or over the phone
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required (up to 25 pounds)
  • Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, and bend as needed
