Description

SUMMARY:

 

Provide administrative & clerical support to the HR Manager.  Welcomes and directs all visitors entering the facility and answers the switchboard in order to direct customers to the correct person. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greets visitors.
  • Takes incoming calls.
  • Distributes incoming mail.
  • Prepares outgoing mail.
  • Posts open positions in Paycom.
  • Provides applications to Supervisors for review.
  • Sets up interviews.
  • Conducts new employee orientations.
  • Maintains employee HR and Benefit files.
  • Helps conduct meetings with HR Team for yearly enrollments.
  • Assist in other departments as needed
  • Adhere to company policies, including attendance and punctuality
  • Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner;

Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions including but not limited to confidentiality requirements.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • MUST BE PROFICIENT IN BOTH ENGLISH/SPANISH
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management skills and meeting deadlines
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic
  • Ability to work in a team or independently
  • High energy level
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience in being a self-starter
  • Ability to deal with internal/external customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are essential
  • Must possess confidence, good judgment, energy and the right personality to work in a                                                    challenging environment

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

 

  • Requires High School Diploma or GED equivalent

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

 

  • Possess excellent human relation skills, communications skills and leadership ability.
  • Excellent Human Resource skills.
  • Must be able to work with a very high degree of integrity at all times.
