Responsibilities - Overview:

• Partner with customer facing departments and leaders to identify opportunities to innovate and modernize the way we support our customers.
• Design, develop, and support chatbot capabilities and the underlying APIs, webhooks, and other supporting technologies enabling them.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on chatbot development utilizing NLP, LLM, RAG, and other relevant AI technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, maintain our chatbots and other web technologies.
• Train and educate other developers on best practices using AI technologies.

Location & Work Schedule:

This position is based in our Glenview, IL location and will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule after an initial ramp-up period during which the role is full time in the office.

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a developer.
• Experience developing enterprise solutions using .Net and React / Java.
• Exposure and skills building and supporting chatbots and other conversational technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
