We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our Operational Accounting Team as an Operational Accounting Specialist. This position is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to our growing insurance company by handling a variety of functions for our policyholders, agents/brokers, and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Process premiums and commissions on a timely and accurate basis
- Provide customer service via email or phone to agents/brokers, customers/policyholders, and internal departments including Licensing, Sales, New Business Development, IT, and Compliance
- We’ll help you round out your tech skillset as you learn PeopleSoft and LifePro so you can utilize that knowledge to complete a variety of business-critical daily and monthly functions
- Participate in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) special projects such as building out a Risk Taxonomy, assisting departments in Process, Risk, and Control Inventories (PRCI), and performing control testing
- Participate in important Finance initiatives and projects that involve problem solving and organization
