ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Maintain supplies needed for the bar and drink areas
2. Replenish paper goods (i.e., cups, napkins, etc) at bars
3. Assist bartenders in cleaning and maintaining bars
4. Filling ice bins
5. Stock bars with alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages, such as soda, juices, and carbon dioxide at bars
6. Maintain cleanliness of beer coolers and bars
7. Sweep, map and take out trash
8. May be required to operate POS system and mix and serve drinks and/or food, and receive gratuities when needed.

• Above average oral communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Problem solving capability

EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE: Great customer service skills

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license. Must be 21 years of age.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to pick up 50 lbs or more to move beverage supplies. Ability to maneuver in the casino and work in a fast paced environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Indigo Sky Casino maintains an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Work in casino operations containing second hand smoke, high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
