Shuttle Driver

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Shuttle Drivers greet guests in a friendly and accommodating manner.
2. Must have and maintain a clean driving record.
3. Answer any queries that the guests may have.
4. The driver must assist disabled guests if requested.
5. All accidents, injuries, unsafe working conditions and damage to casino vehicles and related property must be reported by the driver.
6. Drivers may be required to lift items up to 50 lbs. into the vehicle and unload them.
7. Safely transport casino customers between casino and their vehicle. Will also be shuttling customers to and from golf courses
8. Drive the parking lot in shuttle/golf cart pick up guests and deliver to front of casino.
9. Assist anyone that needs assistance in and out of shuttle.

EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6 months experience in the valet/shuttle field preferred.

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS:

Kansas and Oklahoma driver’s license CDL or passenger endorsement preferred.

Missouri driver’s license CDL or Class E required

Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license. Must have a state issued driver’s license.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to work outdoors in extreme cold/heat. Able to lift at least 50lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Work in casino operations containing second hand smoke, high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
