The ideal candidate will be a professional with experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, learning and development, data management and/or information technology. Prefer prior work experience within a Learning and Development, Data Management or Information Technology Department
- Bachelor’s degree: an advanced degree preferred.
- A documented history of team orientation and collaborative approach in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
- High integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom he/she will work.
- Project Management skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and Salesforce.com.
- Ability to design effective representation of concepts or processes in power point.
- Experience working with advanced Excel workbook functionality and common documentation management processes and tools (e.g. SharePoint, Teams).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail in assurance of quality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 70,000.00 - $95,000.00. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
