Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant financial experience. Proven track record in leading/managing an FP&A team.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant degree; MBA and/or CPA a plus.
- Must have thorough understanding of financial statements and the interface between board reporting, management reporting and budgeting/forecasting.
- Relevant experience with software and technology solutions that the FP&A team utilizes to help with forecasting, data visualization and reporting, including PowerBI, Adaptive and Salesforce (or similar solutions).
- Strong presentation and communication skills required. Ability to collaborate across various financial and operational groups from senior management to staff.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and finance principles

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $170,000 - $190,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
