Education and Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of Healthcare IT solutions experience in partnerships, business development, and/or account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Preferred domain experience in behavioral healthcare.Â
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships across multiple areas of the behavioral health ecosystem that drive revenue.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience scaling teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven approach to measuring success and making informed decisions.
- Experience managing large strategic accounts and partnerships in one or more of the following domains: Public Sector, Payer, K12 or Higher ED.
- Experience in youth mental health is a plus.
- Ability to travel, approximately 30% of time.Â

Compensation:Â Base salary $170,000-$200,000 plus bonus, employee equity program, and benefits.
