Kooth US is seeking a UX Copywriter to edit, develop, and manage UX content for the Soluna app, the only digital mental health app offering self-support, peer support, and professional support to Gen Z all in one place — at zero cost.
Be an agent of social change by crafting compelling, user-centric copy for the Soluna app to guide and support users with an engaging, seamless, and safe in-app journey.

What you will do:
Content creation & delivery:
- Independently own and manage all UX copywriting requests for the Soluna app (both mobile and web versions) from intake to delivery
- Ideate, edit, revise, and deliver original, engaging copy for a variety of tools, features, and user journeys
- Craft clear, concise, user-friendly copy for buttons, notifications, tooltips, and other interface elements aligned to internal brand guidelines and UX best practices
- Ensure consistency in UX copy tone, voice, and relevance to a Gen Z audience
- Regularly review and refine existing copy to improve clarity, usability, and overall user experience
Interdisciplinary collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers on other teams to develop engaging, logical, and seamless user journey flows throughout the Soluna app
- Participate in cross-team copy review sessions to ensure brand voice and writing conventions are maintained app-wide and to protect the integrity of the user experience
- Provide feedback and/or edits on copy produced by other departments to ensure alignment with Soluna's brand guidelines and UX best practices
- Work closely with the design, product, engineering, user research, and clinical teams to understand user needs and align copywriting efforts with the app’s broader UX/UI goals
Content strategy:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for improving in-app messaging, user guidance, and overall navigation and user experience app-wide
- Develop and own a strategy for translating existing mobile app copy into web app copy
- Stay up to date with UX/UI best practices and trends, incorporating insights into copywriting strategies
- Contribute to the development of style guides and content standards to foster consistency across the app
